• If you have purchased a domain name  we will attempt to contact you before your name expires to remind you to renew.  Please keep us informed when your address, phone, or email address changes, so that we can contact you in a timely fashion.  We will NEVER charge your credit card without your express permission!

• Due to the nature of the domain registrations, we are unable to offer refunds on these.  If there is anything about the product that you are unhappy with, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
